Overview

The Reports page lets you download CSV reports about your store’s data in Synkro. Each report answers a specific question about your products and how they’re synced, such as which variants aren’t linked to a product in another store.

Reports are generated from Synkro’s copy of your store’s data, so they reflect the products Synkro has synced from Shopify.

Download a report

  1. Go to Tools > Reports.
  2. Click the card for the report you want. The report’s page explains what it includes and lists the columns in the CSV.
  3. Fill in the report’s options, if it has any.
  4. Click Download CSV.

If a report has nothing in it for your store, Synkro shows a notice instead of downloading an empty file.

Orphan products

Lists every variant in your store that has no parent variant. A variant gets a parent when its product is cloned from another store: the original product becomes the parent, and the copy becomes its child, with each variant linked to the variant it was copied from. Products created directly in a store have no parent, even if their SKUs or barcodes match a product in another store.

Product properties such as titles, descriptions, images, and prices sync from a parent product to its children, so orphan variants don’t receive these updates from any other store.

Use this report to find products in a store that weren’t cloned from another store. To link one of them to its matching product in another store, assign a parent product to it.

Downloading this report from the store your products are cloned from? Every variant in that store appears in the report, since those variants are the parents.

The CSV includes these columns:

ColumnDescription
ProductThe product’s title.
VariantThe variant’s title.
SKUThe variant’s SKU.
BarcodeThe variant’s barcode.
Admin linkA link to the variant in your Shopify admin.

Rows are sorted by product title.

Uncloned products

Lists every product in your store that hasn’t been cloned to the store you choose. A product counts as cloned to a store when that store has a child product linked to it, either because the product was cloned there or because it was assigned as the parent of a product in that store. Products whose SKUs or barcodes match a product in the chosen store still appear in the report unless they’re linked this way.

Use this report to find products that still need to be cloned into another store, then clone them with the Product Cloning tool.

Products cloned to a different store still appear in the report. Only a child product in the store you choose counts, so download the report once for each store you clone products to.

The report has these options:

OptionDescription
StoreThe store to check for cloned products. Choose from your other connected stores.
TagOptional. Only include products with a tag containing this text, ignoring case. For example, wholesale matches Wholesale-2026.
Product statusOnly include products with one of the checked statuses. Active and Draft are checked by default.

The CSV includes these columns:

ColumnDescription
Product IDThe product’s Shopify ID.
ProductThe product’s title.
Admin linkA link to the product in your Shopify admin.

Rows are sorted by product title.
