Orders are not being routed to the expected destination store

Synkro will only route orders to a destination store if the fulfillment location which is assigned to the source order is configured within your Synkro order routing settings. If your order routing configuration specifies the Only route orders from source store fulfillment location or Fulfillment location mappings options.

In the source store, the Shopify settings are responsible for selecting the fulfillment location that is assigned to the source order. If the fulfillment location that is assigned to the source order is not configured within your Synkro order routing settings, then the order will not be routed to the destination store.

If you have an order which was assigned to the wrong fulfillment location and is not being routed by Synkro to the destination store, you can change the assigned fulfillment location to a Synkro-configured fulfillment location. As a final step, you can add a tag to the source order to instruct Synkro to re-attempt the order routing operation. The tag which you add will depend on the myshopify.com URL of the destination store which you want the order to be routed to. For example, if the destination store is example.myshopify.com, then you can add the tag synkro-clone-example to the source order.
